Rillet is the AI-native ERP built for modern finance teams, founded by former N26 US chief Nicolas Kopp and used by companies like Windsurf, Bitwarden, and Postscript. The new site went live on May 23, 2025. Five days later Sequoia announced Rillet's $25M Series A, and within eleven weeks Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ co-led a $70M Series B, taking total funding past $100M.

Challenge

Rillet was heading into the biggest three months of its life with a five-page site that explained almost none of it. The design was dated, the structure was thin, and a product replacing legacy ERPs had no room to make its case to the finance leaders evaluating it.

The company was about to be looked at very hard, by customers, by press, and by investors, and the site was the weakest thing those people would see.

Approach

One decision drove the rest: build the site for the attention Rillet was about to get. We restructured it from five pages to more than thirty at launch, giving every product area, workflow, and proof point its own place instead of cramming the story into a homepage.

Underneath it, we built a repeatable framework for product storytelling, so each new feature and use case slots into an established pattern. That is how the site kept growing past fifty pages after launch without losing its shape.

“The team is hyper-responsive and always on time. Website is beautiful; assets created have been utilized across social and out of office campaigns.”
