Challenge

SMSBump, a rapidly growing Shopify app for SMS marketing, needed a complete brand overhaul and UX transformation to support its scaling business. Despite its strong functionality, the brand lacked a cohesive identity, and its website and product experience required significant improvements to handle the increasing demand.

The goal was to create a scalable design infrastructure that would accelerate growth and enhance usability, ultimately contributing to its acquisition by Yotpo.

Approach

We partnered with SMSBump as their dedicated design team, executing a full-scale rebrand, UX audit, and website redesign. Starting from the ground up, we developed a modern and trustworthy brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. Our UX strategy focused on simplifying onboarding and improving user engagement, making SMSBump’s powerful features even more accessible.
