We built the identity from zero: logo, color system, typography, iconography, and motion guidelines, designed to carry Zipchat across every touchpoint from the website to the product itself. That identity is still the face of Zipchat today.

Zipchat had a product that sold and nothing to sell it with: no identity, no visual language, no site built to convert the ecommerce operators evaluating it. In a category filling up with AI chatbots, an unbranded product reads as one of the crowd no matter how well it performs.
The slate was completely blank, which was the opportunity. Everything the market would see of Zipchat was still ours to define.
One decision drove the rest: start from the brand, not the homepage. The identity came first, built to make an AI product feel sharp and approachable at the same time, and every page, visual, and interaction derived from it.
Then the site got one job: convert an ecommerce operator fast. Merchants evaluate tools between a hundred other tasks, so every section moves them from what Zipchat does to what it earns them without a wasted scroll.

We designed the site around the merchant's decision path and built it in Webflow: value first, use cases and social proof next, sign-up never more than a moment away. Product sign-ups rose 83% and time on site grew 44% after launch.

Zipchat launched in September 2024 with a brand built from nothing and a site built to sell it. Sign-ups rose 83%, visitors stayed 44% longer, and the identity we created is still what the market sees when it looks at Zipchat.
