Your B2B website has five seconds to explain what you do. We're the B2B web design agency that makes them count.

We design marketing sites that make a complex product easy to understand and hard to ignore, then build them in Webflow so your team can update them without a developer. The goal is simple: a site that earns the demo, not the back button.

Problem

Where B2B websites lose the deal

Traffic is rarely the problem. Visitors land, scan for five seconds, and a good share leave before they understand what you sell or why it beats what they use now. That's not a color problem. It's a structure and message problem: the page makes the buyer dig for the point, and busy people don't dig.

Good B2B website design does the digging for them, screen by screen, until the path to a demo is the obvious one.

Visitors leave in the first ten seconds

They can't tell what the product does or who it's for. The hero is doing decoration, not explanation.

Your demos come from people who already knew you

The site converts existing intent and creates none. Anyone arriving cold gets a feature list and no reason to care.

The buying committee can't find its answers

The evaluator wants proof, the budget owner wants the business case, IT wants security. Your site gives all three the same homepage and hopes for the best.

Every update waits on a developer

A new case study or a reworded headline sits in an engineering backlog. Your fastest channel became your slowest.

Solution

What our B2B web design services include

B2B web design is the work of designing the marketing website a business-to-business company uses to win other businesses as customers. It covers the message, the page structure, the visual design, and the proof, all aimed at one thing: more of the right visitors taking the next step.

It's not a coat of paint on a template. A B2B site has to work for a buying committee, not one impulse buyer, and it has to stay easy to change long after launch. Here's what that looks like with us.

Message-first homepage

A visitor should know what you do, who it's for, and why it's different before the first scroll ends. We build the homepage around that, then earn the rest of the page.

Pages for every buyer in the room

An evaluator, a budget owner, and an end user enter your site in different places. We map the pages and paths so each one reaches the proof they need without digging.

Trust and proof, where buyers decide

Logos, case studies, numbers, security, and integrations, placed next to the claims they back up. Enterprise buyers judge seriousness in seconds, so proof can't live on page six.

Conversion-focused design

We design the hero, the proof, and the calls to action around the points where people actually decide, and we keep testing after launch with CRO if you want us to.

Message hierarchy, copy optional

We decide what each page says and in what order. Bring your own copy, or add copywriting to the project and we write it with you.

Visual design that fits your brand

A template site signals a template company. We design a site that looks worth a serious buyer's time and stays true to your brand. If the brand itself needs work, that's our B2B branding service.

Responsive across devices

Buyers research on a phone and sign off on a laptop. Every page is designed for both from day one, not shrunk at the end.

Built in Webflow, by a Premium Partner

We build what we design: fast, accessible, and easy to edit, with a CMS your marketing team runs on its own. More on our Webflow design work.

Redesign without losing rankings

A redesign is the wrong time to find out your best pages disappeared. URLs, redirects, content, and metadata are part of the plan from day one. See how we handle Webflow migration.

B2B vs B2C website design: what changes

A B2C site sells to one person in one visit. A B2B site sells to a committee over weeks, and most of them never talk to you until they've already decided. That changes almost every design decision.

B2B website design B2C website design
Who decides A buying committee: evaluator, budget owner, IT, legal One person, often on impulse
Sales cycle Weeks to months, with several visits Minutes to days
Main goal Demo request, trial, or a qualified lead Purchase or sign-up
What persuades Proof: case studies, numbers, security, integrations Emotion, price, reviews
Content depth Deep: product pages, use cases, docs, comparisons Shallow: product cards and checkout
Navigation By role, industry, and use case By product category
What breaks it A homepage that can't say what the product does A slow or clunky checkout

How a B2B website redesign runs, step by step

Design and build take 8 to 10 weeks. If we're also doing your brand, the whole project runs 10 to 12. Good B2B website design starts well before the first pixel, so the order matters.

1

Audit and map

We find where visitors hesitate today, what's leaking, and which pages carry your rankings, so we protect them. You get a short read on what to keep, fix, and cut.

2

Structure and wireframes

Page flow and the path to a demo, as structure first, no visuals yet. Most of the conversion work is won or lost here.

3

Visual design

Brand expression and conversion-focused layouts for every page. You review and steer at each round, not only at the end.

4

Build in Webflow

We build the pages, set up the CMS, and connect your forms, CRM, and analytics.

5

Migrate, launch, hand over

Content moves, redirects go live, every page gets QA. Then we train your team on the CMS, and either keep iterating with you or hand over the keys.

Redesigns that moved the number that mattered

A redesign that looks better and converts the same is a repaint, not a result. The test is whether more of the right people do what you need them to do. Gridwise saw a 24% higher conversion rate after we relaunched their site. Bambassadors grew website traffic 2.8x after its relaunch. Four more, up close:

Four ways to get a new B2B website. The honest version

Most teams weighing a redesign choose between four options: a B2B design partner like us, a creative or brand agency, a freelancer, or an in-house hire. Here's where each one wins, including the rows where we don't.

StanVision Creative or brand agency Freelancer In-house hire
B2B buyer journey Designed around the committee and the demo Strong visuals, often consumer-minded Depends on the person Knows your buyers well
Conversion work Built into structure and design Rarely the focus Rarely Needs a CRO specialist too
Build In Webflow, by the same team Often handed to another vendor Sometimes, quality varies Needs a developer too
Who updates the site Your marketing team, through the CMS Often the agency, on retainer Often the freelancer Your team
Timeline 8 to 10 weeks; 10 to 12 with a new brand Often longer, plus a separate build Depends on availability Months of hiring before work starts
Cost Scoped per project after one call Usually the highest Lowest upfront Highest fixed cost
Best for B2B and SaaS teams that need a site that sells Consumer brands and big campaigns Small sites on a tight budget Companies shipping web work every week

Frequently asked questions

B2B web design questions, answered.

How do you choose a B2B web design agency?

Look for three things: proof they've moved a real metric like conversion, bounce, or pipeline, not just won design awards; experience in B2B software, because selling to a committee is a different problem from selling to a consumer; and a build your team can run after launch. Ask for before-and-after numbers, not just screenshots.

How long does a B2B website redesign take?

Most B2B website design and build projects take 8 to 10 weeks, from the first audit to launch. If the brand is being redone at the same time, plan for 10 to 12 weeks. Page count, content rewrites, and how fast feedback comes back move the timeline most.

How much does a B2B website cost?

The cost of a B2B website depends on scope: the number of pages and templates, whether you need copywriting, how much content moves from the old site, and the integrations you need. A focused redesign and a 200-page migration are very different projects. We scope each one to what it needs and give you a real number after one call.

Can you redesign our website without losing our SEO rankings?

Yes. Before we touch anything, we map your URLs and the pages that carry your traffic, keep that content and structure, and set one-to-one redirects at launch. Most rankings hold or improve when a redesign is handled this way. The common failure is moving a site without that map. More on our Webflow migration process.

How often should you redesign your website?

Most companies redesign every two to four years, but age isn't the real trigger. The signal is misalignment: your conversion rate has stalled, the product changed and the site can't explain it, your team can't update it, or it looks dated next to the competitors you're compared with. One of these is a reason to fix a section. Several at once is a reason to redesign.

Do you build new websites, or only redesigns?

Both. Most of our projects replace a site that has stopped doing its job, but we also design first websites for companies launching or rebranding.

Do you write the website copy?

It's your choice. By default we set the message hierarchy and page structure and you bring the copy. If you'd rather not, add copywriting to the project and we write it with you.

What's the difference between website design and product design?

Website design is your public marketing site: the pages that explain what you do and convince a buyer to take the next step. Product design, also called UI/UX design, is the interface inside your software, where users get work done. They share craft but solve different problems. If the in-app experience is the issue, that's UI/UX design, not a website redesign.
